Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure and administer the completions management system (Co-Console) and ensure necessary documentation is available for operational staff.
  • •Maintain and audit tool data for adherence to program plans and processes, including T&C tables, hierarchies, and relationships.
  • •Engage with applications administrators and IM&T to deliver suitable solutions into the shipyard.
  • •Plan, monitor, and control delivery with IM&T project teams and software OEM/suppliers against implementation plans.
  • •Support end users through training, issue resolution, and testing/configuration of new capabilities, identifying and managing observations and defects.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in shipbuilding and the build, test and commissioning of ship systems and structure.
  • •Knowledge of quality, testing, commissioning and acceptance requirements within large engineering projects.
  • •Background working in a commissioning environment and governing digital tools (highly desirable).
  • •Ability to scope requirements with suppliers and stakeholders and translate them into effective process and software solutions.
  • •Skills in reporting and documentation (creating metrics/queries for completion status and documenting future business requirements/process improvements).
