Job Summary

Sustain and improve the reliability of systems supporting factory floor, laboratory, and datacenter operations. Execute OS patching, OS upgrades, and defined OS procedures using playbooks; edit, modify, and debug software according to test plans; and troubleshoot nonstandard issues with structured methods. Coordinate maintenance windows with cross-functional teams, provide on-site support during changes, and maintain disciplined documentation and change records in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute software patching, OS upgrades, and OS procedures using defined playbooks (pre-checks, implementation, validation, post-checks).
•Edit, modify, and/or debug software products per software test plans; reproduce issues and capture technical evidence (logs, error codes, system state).
•Support datacenter operations and associated equipment/systems while implementing changes with minimal operational impact and in line with change control.
•Provide on-site support across factory floor, lab, and datacenter environments for systems affected by patching, upgrades, or software changes.
•Maintain disciplined documentation (change records, work notes, test evidence, outage/maintenance reports, shift handoffs) and collaborate with engineering, operations, and infrastructure teams to coordinate and validate maintenance windows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 54,670 - 102,790 hourly

•Ability to obtain and maintain US Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access.
•High school diploma and 6+ years of relevant or military experience.

•Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools, plus strong attention to detail to identify and resolve technical issues.
