•Draft statements and bidder declarations for participation applications.
•Use electronic tender/bid portals for EU tenders and support bid preparation through to final offer creation.

•Currently enrolled student in business administration, industrial engineering, communications, or a comparable program.
•Confident handling of common software systems such as MS-Office, Teams, Outlook, and eVergabe portals.
•Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently.
•Engaged team player with strong learning readiness and an organized working style.
•German proficiency suitable for negotiations (written and spoken).
