Job Summary

The role focuses on end-to-end procurement of nuclear and non-nuclear services for Nawah requirements, ensuring safe, compliant, timely and cost-effective purchases to support safe operation and maintenance of the NPP. You will manage supplier qualification, RFIs/EOIs, TEC alignment with SOW, bid evaluation, and handover to contract management within ENEC’s Nawah operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist to prepare, plan, schedule and process the purchase of services to ensure safe and reliable operation and maintenance of the NPP
•Support supplier qualification, update qualified supplier list
•Understand specifications and scope of work, ensure QA/HSE/Engineering and end-user requirements are included
•Assist in reviewing technical specifications for purchasing services
•Develop detailed procurement plan in accordance with defined KPIs

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent; Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
•More than 3 to 5 years of procurement in energy sector or power plant experience
•Understand QA, Health and Safety, Engineering and end-user requirements in purchasing
•Experience reviewing technical specifications for purchasing services; creating PRs and selecting parameters in systems
•Ability to develop scope of work, issue RFIs/EOIs, evaluate TEC/TER, and negotiate with suppliers
