Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Accounting Supervisor to ensure the accuracy of monthly and year end closing and reporting of all financial information, including balance sheet reconciliation.
  • •Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of Procure to Pay transactions managed by Global Finance Team.
  • •Ensure monthly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner
  • •Collaborate independently with the Global Finance Team to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
  • •Assist with local tax reporting, including Tax / VAT filing, annual withholding tax filing and tax reconciliation.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of accounting experience; Big 4 experience is a plus
  • •Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • •Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • •Deep understanding of accounting standards and regulations
  • •Proficiency in Mandarin & English, both verbal and written
