Key Responsibilities

•Set up and maintain Linux-based compute servers and desktops/notebooks, providing end-user support to engineering teams.
•Implement DevOps practices in software development, including CI/CD pipelines and GitLab/runners.
•Set up and maintain operating systems and automation tooling (e.g., Ansible, FreeIPA, Cobbler, Uyuni, GLPI).
•Optimize CEPH storage infrastructure used to run engineering design software.
•Assist with physical datacenter operations, including racking, cabling, and servicing servers and network equipment.

•Good understanding of end-user hardware, software, Linux OS, and end-user periphery.
