Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and maintain Linux-based compute servers and desktops/notebooks, providing end-user support to engineering teams.
  • •Implement DevOps practices in software development, including CI/CD pipelines and GitLab/runners.
  • •Set up and maintain operating systems and automation tooling (e.g., Ansible, FreeIPA, Cobbler, Uyuni, GLPI).

  • •Experience with virtualization tools (e.g., VMware or Proxmox) and distributed filesystems such as CEPH/CEPHFS.
  • •Good understanding of end-user hardware, software, Linux OS, and end-user periphery.
  • •Experience setting up and maintaining automation tooling including Ansible, FreeIPA, Cobbler, Uyuni, and GLPI.
