Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle non-litigated General Liability claims of low to moderate exposure and complexity, including slip/trip and falls and product liability.
  • •Manage an end-to-end caseload within specified authority limits with coaching and supervision.
  • •Collaborate with internal and external points of contact, including customers, vendors, suppliers, and brokers, to deliver quality claims handling.
  • •Learn and apply established protocols and industry best practices to ensure efficient, effective, customer-centric claims resolution.
  • •Develop technical skills in GL policy interpretation and coverage analysis to resolve claims effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience in Claims Handling or Insurance; or completion of Zurich Claims Training Program with 2+ years in Claims/Insurance; or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice (Associate Degree) with 2+ years in Claims Handling/Insurance; or High School Diploma with 4+ years in Claims Handling/Insurance.
  • •Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • •Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products.
