Job Summary

Own the integrity and efficiency of the incident management lifecycle across recordkeeping, medical follow-ups, data quality, and reporting. Develop and improve safety platforms and workflows (e.g., Airtable and Intelex), maintain OSHA 300/300A recordkeeping compliance, and build safety performance dashboards using leading/lagging indicators. Partner with Workers’ Compensation, field leaders, and executives to drive root-cause trend analysis, reduce administrative burden, and enable integrated enterprise reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Own post-investigation incident accuracy in Airtable and Intelex, including case closure, restriction tracking, and accommodation coordination.
•Process injury-related documentation from medical providers and manage medical follow-ups to ensure timely, accurate case status updates.
•Maintain OSHA recordkeeping compliance (300/300A log accuracy, recordability determinations, and annual posting requirements).
•Build and improve processes for incident data collection, injury and root-cause trend analysis, and develop safety performance dashboards.
•Identify data quality gaps, correct workflows, maintain reporting templates for audits and enterprise KPIs, and support evaluation of the safety technology stack.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent work experience) and 7+ years in safety, injury case management, OSHA recordkeeping, and data trending.
•Knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping requirements (29 CFR 1904) and experience with occupational injury case management.
•Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive administrative workflows with strong attention to detail.
•Experience building or improving safety systems, dashboards, and reporting workflows, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
•Experience with incident management/HSEQ platforms (e.g., Airtable, Intelex, Gensuite) and exposure to ISO 45001 or similar safety frameworks.
