Serve Banking Center customers by processing financial transactions and conducting needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate products and services. Build trusted relationships, generate leads, and support sales, retention, and other growth initiatives. Ensure accuracy, compliance with Federal and State regulations and bank policies, and help meet individual and branch goals through strong communication, active listening, and teamwork. May require a flexible/rotating schedule and travel between centers.
