Lead and optimize store operations in a high-traffic retail environment. •Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and maintain stockroom standards.
•Directly oversee the Operations Associates; responsible for recruitment and development of talent.
