Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive low-power, cost-optimized SoC architectures with processor, accelerator and I/O subsystems.
  • •Define SoC architectures with internal embedded processor-subsystems, Network on Chip, Memory controllers, and FPGA fabric.
  • •Create flexible modular subsystem architectures deployable in chiplet, monolithic or 3D form factors.
  • •Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to scope requirements, analyze PPA tradeoffs, and define architectural requirements.
  • •Define hardware, software, and firmware interactions between embedded processing subsystems, hardware accelerators, and external CPUs; author architecture specifications; guide pre-silicon and post-silicon validation.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS/PhD in electrical or computer engineering or related field.
  • •Technical background architecting SoC, processor, accelerator and I/O subsystems.
  • •Knowledge of cores running x86, RISC-V or ARM ISA, and I/O protocols such as PCIe and Ethernet.
  • •Experience integrating across subsystems including DDR, FPGA, and Network on Chip.
  • •Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and customers.
