Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement regional sales strategy for Satair’s products and services.
  • •Adapt product sales pricing, lead ad-hoc pricing proposals, and manage discount guideline alignment for product lines.
  • •Own order intake, sales, and profit for the assigned region, including CRM pipeline targets to meet budget numbers and drive follow-up.
  • •Drive sales campaigns with the commercial team, including visiting customers to present sales proposals with internal and external stakeholders and leading contract follow-up.
  • •Contribute to product management and marketing by supporting product management strategy, inputting to long-term product line business plans, feeding OEM business reviews with market/customer feedback, and owning the regional product marketing plan.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, product, program, or supply chain management.
  • •Understanding of the aviation business, specifically spares support, supply chain management, and maintenance.
  • •Understanding of support obligations from aircraft purchase agreements.
  • •Strong business acumen and knowledge of the product management discipline, with a proven ability to meet profitability targets and work with global stakeholders.
