Job Summary

Own high-priority zero-to-one initiatives and take ambiguous product problems from problem definition through prototyping, launch, measurement, and transition into durable operating models. Build and/or prototype using AI development tools and lightweight software, and lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, operations, commercial, and clinical teams without formal authority.

•Own zero-to-one initiatives that lack an established product team or obvious solution.
•Work across new customer categories, internal workflows, and emerging business lines to determine what to build.
•Move initiatives from initial problem definition through prototyping, implementation, launch, measurement, and transition into a durable operating model.
•Build early prototypes using data analysis, AI development tools, lightweight software, and operational experimentation.
•Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, operations, commercial, clinical, and other teams without formal authority.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 300,000 annually

•Strong written and verbal communication to participate effectively in internal debates and external relationships.
