  • •Own zero-to-one initiatives that lack an established product team or obvious solution.
  • •Work across new customer categories, internal workflows, and emerging business lines to determine what to build.
  • •Move initiatives from initial problem definition through prototyping, implementation, launch, measurement, and transition into a durable operating model.
  • •Build early prototypes using data analysis, AI development tools, lightweight software, and operational experimentation.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, operations, commercial, clinical, and other teams without formal authority.
