Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and delivering personalized financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and make customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and help clients expand and develop relationships based on their financial goals.
  • •Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals; leverage leads, walk-ins, and professional contacts to drive sales and referrals.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support teller line transactions as needed and assist with branch operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Demonstrated experience influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
