Senior Mortgage Banker - Retail

Originate home loans by driving new mortgage sales within an assigned lending territory and expanding market share through referral partners. You’ll manage client and lead pipelines, coordinate production and documentation flow with fulfillment teams, and serve as a mortgage product SME. Responsibilities include analyzing borrower financials, pre-underwriting and eligibility decisions, providing financing options aligned to FHA/VA and conventional guidelines, and delivering compliant, best-in-class client care.
