Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
•Create and maintain detailed technical and user-facing documentation for internal team and end users.
•Design, build, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks to connect SaaS platforms and internal systems.
•Integrate business applications (CRM, ERP, billing, etc.) with data mapping, transformation, and real-time synchronization.
•Support and manage the Atlassian application stack, including creation and management of workflows, schemes, custom fields, and security schemes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline and 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing applications in large enterprise environments; or 5+ years in lieu of a degree.
•Experience designing and implementing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
•Experience with scripting (such as Groovy, Python, or Java).
•Experience designing and implementing API integrations with strong security and reliability considerations.
•Strong experience integrating Atlassian tools with other internal systems, CRM, ERP, or billing platforms.
