CCM Transaction Services Officer

Ensure accurate processing of customer instructions and transactions while maintaining superior service levels against performance level agreements. Check and approve transactions, apply operational manuals and internal procedures, and promptly escalate suspicious transactions in line with anti-money laundering, sanctions, and regulatory requirements. Support and guide operational staff, identify best-practice opportunities to improve service quality and productivity, and contribute to a values-driven, collaborative environment.
