Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full-cycle recruitment lifecycle for Medical Representative positions, from requisition through offer acceptance.
  • •Develop and execute employer branding strategies and campus activation initiatives to attract Medical Representative talent.
  • •Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general HR topics.
  • •Support HR payroll operations for the Healthcare organization and assist with HR onboarding for new hires.
  • •Coordinate internal HR communications and company town halls, and participate in ad-hoc HR projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • •At least 2 years of progressive HR experience focused on recruitment and HR operations, preferably in healthcare or pharma.
  • •Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for field-based sales roles.
  • •Experience in employer branding and campus recruitment activities (e.g., career fairs, university partnerships).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong HR data/reporting skills.
