Build trusted relationships with consumers and business customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual engagement. Assess banking needs, gather and process customer/account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital self-service options. Recommend solutions aligned to customer goals, complete service requests, open accounts, and submit credit applications while partnering with branch teams to deliver an accurate, high-quality client experience.
