Resident Engineer - Construction Management

Provide full-time, on-site oversight of construction activities and act as the client’s authorized representative for construction contract administration. Lead construction progress meetings, monitor baseline schedules, and manage cost and change processes including pay applications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Ensure quality control, coordinate inspections and commissioning, develop punch lists, and support project closeout while enforcing safety and OSHA compliance.
