Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of claims-related experience; or an associate degree with 3 years; or a bachelor’s degree with 1 year.
  • •Working knowledge of liability coverages, laws, injury evaluation, reserving, negotiation, and claim documentation.
  • •Knowledge and experience handling complex Home and Auto liability claims, including coverage issues and liability evaluation.
  • •Ability to secure and maintain required license(s) as applicable, including willingness to obtain a Kentucky Adjuster License.
  • •Preferred designations including AIC (Associate in Claims) or SCLA (Senior Claims Law Associate).
