Key Responsibilities

  • •Define clear, unambiguous labeling rules for Russian content and ensure they meet model training requirements.
  • •Train and support Russian labellers to reduce unnecessary contextual knowledge while maintaining labeling quality.
  • •Monitor and review quality of labeled data for the Russian market and identify root causes of quality issues for remediation.
  • •Deliver labeling and data projects on time by flagging key risks and deep-diving into issues during the project lifecycle.
  • •Manage Russian-speaking stakeholders to drive transparency across the data delivery pipeline.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in Russian (required) and fluency in English (working language).
  • •Minimum 1 year experience with data/business analytics education or experience.
  • •Proficiency in data interpretation and analysis, with interest in AI and machine learning concepts for data annotation.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating with requestors and labellers.
  • •Some experience in project management with organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a data environment.
