Branch Manager

Lead end-to-end performance of a branch by driving sales, service, and operations. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers, coach the team to resolve issues and meet budgeted production goals, and use available tools to identify sales opportunities. Maintain product and policy knowledge, oversee recruiting/hiring, ensure compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory requirements, and build community and internal partnerships to grow the business.
