Key Responsibilities

•Own P&L performance by driving cost efficiencies and identifying operational opportunities.
•Implement and evolve SOPs using Kaizen frameworks to optimize operations.
•Oversee fleet and physical depot infrastructure while maintaining regulatory compliance and vehicle health.
•Serve as primary operational lead for AV partners and manage escalations and vendor ecosystem performance.
•Design and manage business KPIs, leverage AI-driven automation for bottlenecks, and recruit and lead the operations team.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in high-complexity operations such as EV fleets, logistics, or advanced supply chain.
•Deep familiarity with Kaizen or Six Sigma and a strong process improvement mindset.
•Strong preference for leveraging AI and technology to scale operations rather than increasing headcount.
•Proven track record building A-player teams and managing third-party commercial relationships with diplomacy.
•Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
