Provide confidential support services to eligible military families with expectant parents and parents of children from birth to age three, with a focus on preventing child maltreatment and family violence. Deliver parenting programs, information/referrals, respite care, and supervised play, while assessing risk factors and developmental milestones. Maintain case tracking, facilitate community networks, coordinate with local and installation partners, and complete required calls and training.
