Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide effective, timely, and confidential services to families assessed as being at risk for child maltreatment and/or family violence.
  • •Protect privacy and confidentiality of client information, and identify and report suspected child abuse/neglect and domestic abuse.
  • •Assess developmental milestones and risk/protective factors, and provide referrals for special needs or developmental delays.
  • •Assess and strengthen adaptation to parenthood and parental capacity for problem-solving and building trusting relationships.
  • •Promote developmentally appropriate parenting skills, facilitate community networks, maintain case tracking, and participate in monthly calls and annual training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58,440 - 93,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least two (2) years of direct work experience in child abuse or domestic abuse, or maternal/child health or medical social work.
  • •Hold a current and active license as an LCSW, LMFT or RN.
  • •LCSWs must have an unrestricted clinical license and a master’s degree in Social Work to practice social work independently; RNs must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing and an unrestricted license in a state or U.S. territory.
  • •Home visitation experience and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance; ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • •Working knowledge of basic computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
