Fractional Paid Media Specialist (EMEA) 20h per week

Own Qdrant’s paid acquisition for enterprise demand capture and developer/user growth by running and optimizing PPC and channel campaigns end-to-end. Partner with the Growth team to manage Google Search, LinkedIn, and Reddit efforts, including keyword strategy, bidding, budget pacing, creative testing, and landing page performance. Use AI tools, LLMs, and no-code/low-code automation (e.g., Optmyzr, n8n, Zapier, Clay) to accelerate optimization and iteration.
