Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required (associate degree plus 4 years or high school plus 6 years may be considered).
  • •3+ years of financial counseling experience.
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen and speak fluent English.
  • •Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation and pass the OCI process.
  • •Must have an AFC, CFP, or ChFC certification (bilingual English/Spanish may be required by the contract).
