Key Responsibilities

•Operate feed mill equipment (grinders, mixers, batching/pelleting systems) to manufacture livestock feed.
•Receive, handle, and move feed ingredients; load and unload trucks.
•Prepare and manage loadout, including opening hatches, attaching hoses, sampling, and ensuring accurate product delivery.
•Monitor batching/scaling systems and adjust processes to maintain feed quality and production accuracy.
•Perform routine equipment maintenance and maintain a clean, safe mill environment while following safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Requirements

•Must meet minimum age requirement.
•1+ years of experience in operations, production, manufacturing, agriculture, or general labor environments.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile equipment.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
•High school diploma or GED (preferred) and ability to obtain a CDL with Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
