Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • •Translate complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
  • •Launch features, monitor performance, use feedback/data/research to improve product decisions, and iterate continuously after release.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
  • •Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows for customers.
  • •Able to collaborate with engineers and designers to ship real products.
  • •Comfortable working with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
  • •Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management, with high ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance.
