Key Responsibilities

  • •Own year-end audit and statutory financial statements delivery and timetable across all non-UK international Solutions entities, coordinating external accounting providers and auditors.
  • •Oversee secondary local ledgers maintained by external accounting providers, ensuring reconciliations to Oracle Fusion and Group policy.
  • •Review and approve quarterly board packs and provide commentary for international Solutions entity boards.
  • •Partner with Treasury and Tax on funding, transfer pricing, and business cases while keeping local compliance on track.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the Senior Finance Accountant team, including performance management and driving process controls and improvements across the international portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in an international/group accounting role.
  • •Proven experience managing external auditors and outsourced accounting providers across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial reporting standards across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to present to senior stakeholders/boards and manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines across time zones.
