Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer IT server and network infrastructure.
  • •Provide Level 1 end-user computing and network support across office, stores, and warehouse locations.
  • •Perform patch management and plan operating system/infrastructure software and firmware upgrades.
  • •Set up and maintain IT infrastructure and cloud architecture (virtual environment, storage, network equipment, firewall, video conferencing, IP telephony; Azure/AWS).
  • •Prepare IT technical documentation and policies/procedures, manage vendors/contractors, monitor routine operations, and secure IT assets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (3–5 years stated).

  • •Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
