Job Summary

Develop and implement market, product, and pricing strategies for colour masterbatch segments across APAC, driving portfolio optimization and value-based pricing. Own the APAC portfolio project pipeline and act as the P&L gatekeeper in New Product Development. Lead the APAC core team across Sales, ADTS, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Product Management, steering market intelligence, go-to-market execution, and technical/product excellence while optimizing supply and cost.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and enforce pricing strategy, governance, and value-based pricing initiatives across APAC segments and applications.
•Own and drive the project pipeline tied to portfolio strategy and act as P&L gatekeeper in New Product Development.
•Lead the APAC CPC core team and establish governance, decision-making, and alignment on pricing, portfolio, pipeline, and key projects.
•Build and maintain market intelligence, including benchmarking, profitability analysis, SWOT, and lead MBR/QBR and long-range planning.
•Drive commercial excellence and go-to-market execution, including marketing programs, playbooks/product positioning/training, and support value-based selling.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
•10+ years in marketing, sales, ADTS, or commercial roles.
•Strong technical understanding of colour masterbatch applications and raw materials.
•Proficient in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
•Demonstrated ability preparing marketing plans from analysis through implementation.
