Job Summary

Join Miele as a Service Technician Apprentice to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain Miele appliances for private customers. Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Install, diagnose, repair and maintain Miele appliances for clients, ensuring safety, hygiene and environmental standards.
•Optimize intervention costs (time, parts, tools, travel) and record interventions and invoicing in real time in the system.
•Manage spare parts stock, inventories, orders and consumptions.
•Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and report any risk or improvement opportunities.
•Communicate effectively with the team and sales services, and act as a representative of Miele to customers.

Key Requirements

•You hold a baccalauréat.
•You are willing to engage in a complementary training or a technical program, notably at the CFA Ducretet.
•Technical training oriented to electro-technical, electromechanical, or maintenance is appreciated.
•Autonomy, organizational skills, and rigor with the ability to follow procedures and safety rules.
•Valid driving license (VL) is required for technicians not assigned 100% to an workshop.
•First experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus.
