Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate expertise in procedural and processing requirements for business non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including USCIS and consular applications (DS-160).
  • •Communicate effectively in Japanese and English with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and other stakeholders regarding case documents, status, and procedural requirements.
  • •Independently analyze case documents and prepare business immigration applications for attorney review and submission.
  • •Take ownership of a case docket, ensuring timely communication with clients and attorneys.
  • •Assist with review of Japanese-language documents and communications and stay up to date on immigration developments to share with the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in Japanese and English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • •Previous experience preparing business immigration applications with USCIS and consular processing, including understanding visa petitions such as E1/E2, L1A/L1B, L Blanket, H, L, TN, O/P, PERM, I-140, and AOS.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent training, education, and experience.
  • •Excellent multitasking and time management skills with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • •Ability to work independently, handle a high volume of cases, and meet deadlines.
