Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the master expansion timeline end-to-end, mapping workstreams and dependencies and tracking milestones through delivery
  • •Build and maintain the plan of record (Gantt charts, roadmaps, critical path) used by the business
  • •Coordinate across engineering, operations, and other functions to reshuffle priorities and sequence work as new information arrives
  • •Surface risks and slippage early and drive tradeoff conversations to keep expansion on track
  • •Run the cadence of updates, checkpoints, and escalations that keeps every workstream accountable to the plan

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM, engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • •Experience as a technical program manager or program/project lead on complex, multi-workstream programs with hard deadlines
  • •Fluent with timeline and project-planning tools and motivated by building and defending a Gantt chart
  • •Comfortable partnering directly with engineers and operators, translating between technical and business teams
  • •A relentless approach to keeping plans honest, including re-sequencing priorities as the situation changes
