Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from hub or warehouse and reporting discrepancies.
  • •Support the sales team by retrieving stock in a timely manner using omnichannel workflows and stock pullback.
  • •Maintain back-of-house tidiness compliant with retail operations and standards, including quality control on products.
  • •Support aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to elevate the client experience.
  • •Handle ad hoc administration and store management requests (e.g., telephone calls, customer service liaison, stockroom equipment checks, events, visual merchandising, and stock taking).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 20 hourly
