Coordinate the end-to-end heat pump installation process, from estimates through post-installation customer follow-up. Own installation tracking, assist with customer inquiries and quote questions, and schedule walkthroughs, installs, and inspections. Manage permitting, maintain install schedules and reporting, coordinate with warehouse and installation teams for proper equipment and resourcing, and create documentation and training materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute installation tracking processes, including prospects tracking, customer inquiries, quote questions, and scheduling walkthroughs, installs, and inspections.
•Develop and manage the required permitting process for each project.
•Maintain and report on scheduled installs while coordinating with install teams, permits, and inspections.
•Coordinate with the warehouse and installation teams to ensure the right equipment, materials, and team members are allocated to projects.
•Create process documentation and training materials for new team members and help monitor service quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 60,000 - 73,000 annually
