Traveling Test Center Manager

Manage the day-to-day operations of Prometric test centers across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, ensuring facilities, performance, and exam integrity meet standards. Supervise candidate security/verification, review staff timesheets and expenses, and help resolve candidate or building issues. Operate required testing-center technology (e.g., DVR, digital camera, IVR/telephone, alarm systems) and serve as a test administrator when needed while participating in quality assurance and audit initiatives.
