Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary finance business partner to the Americas Wholesale leadership team, providing financial guidance and strategic insight.
  • •Lead Wholesale Americas strategic plan, annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and in-season business updates.
  • •Own end-to-end financial performance review processes including revenue, gross margin, SG&A, operating income, working capital, and cash flow.
  • •Deliver timely analysis of business performance to identify key drivers, emerging risks, and opportunities to improve outcomes.
  • •Lead and develop a high-performing team and ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and reporting requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,000 - 135,000 annually

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A or business-facing finance leadership.
  • •Proven track record partnering with senior business leaders to drive decision-making and deliver financial results.
  • •Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and P&L ownership.
