Rail Program Manager

Manage rail public projects for CSX and Norfolk Southern, partnering with railroad program managers to safely deliver third-party work across the eastern United States. Lead project staff, coordinate with outside parties, develop estimates and agreements, oversee plans for railroad conformance, and monitor budget, scope, and schedule. Review field reports and construction work plans, coordinate progress and finances, and travel to project sites as needed.
