Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee review of design deliverables to ensure compliance with owner requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines
  • •Collaborate with the owner's engineering team to provide insights and recommendations for underground subway station design
  • •Methodically review design documents for underground subway stations for compliance and safety; implement quality control measures
  • •Coordinate responses to RFIs with project teams to ensure timely and accurate replies
  • •Oversee review of shop drawings and facilitate timely approvals in alignment with project specifications and design requirements

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or any other relevant field of study + no less than six (6) years of experience managing projects and people
  • •Senior management/technical advisory role within a multi-disciplinary or an owner's engineering environment, with a focus on underground subway station design
  • •10+ years of experience in a PM role (preferred)
  • •Master's Degree is an asset
  • •Experience in preparing project-specific output specifications, performance specifications, and design manuals
