Remediation Department Manager

Lead environmental remediation service growth and operations across the Gulf Coast and South-Central markets, building client relationships and using market intelligence to guide strategy and pursuits. Provide operational leadership for complex projects and programs, manage budgets and KPI-driven pipeline health, and ensure consistent delivery quality. Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team across multiple offices, coaching future leaders while driving inclusive, performance-focused outcomes.
