Lead the development and execution of vertical and country-specific marketing plans for Building Automation in the DACH region, driving partner and end-customer engagement, pipeline growth, and ABM programs. Collaborate with sales, offerings, and shared services to deliver high-ROI campaigns, manage MDF with key customers, and organize local events to strengthen relationships and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement vertical and country-specific marketing plans for Building Automation in the DACH region to increase partner and end-customer engagement and build a strong sales pipeline
•Work closely with sales, offering teams, Shared Services and other marketing functions to create effective campaigns within budget and prioritize high-ROI activities
•Develop and execute targeted Account-Based Marketing plans to strengthen engagement with strategic accounts
•Ensure consistent and compelling communication of value propositions across all marketing materials and channels
•Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) with key customers and develop joint marketing initiatives

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
•At least 5 years of experience in Channel Marketing or a similar role
•Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
•Strong analytical and strategic capabilities with project management experience
•Knowledge of demand generation and lead generation, and experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
