Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end software and system development programs for notebook and desktop products from concept through development, validation, and production release.
  • •Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product management, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and external partners to meet program objectives.
  • •Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, resource plans, risk assessments, and budget tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Coordinate build readiness, prototype planning, component logistics, and resolve execution challenges while monitoring program progress.
  • •Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and escalation plans to stakeholders and senior leadership; establish program management best practices and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •12+ years of experience in software engineering program management, technical program management, or related roles.
  • •Proven experience managing end-to-end software and system development programs for notebook, desktop, or consumer computing products.
  • •Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, project planning, and risk management.
  • •Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
