Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales to drive the technical evaluation and pre-sales process.
  • •Lead product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
  • •Understand customer DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure.
  • •Translate technical requirements into CloudBees solutions that meet business needs.
  • •Support RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture discussions, and share customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • •Strong understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
  • •Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or similar tools.
  • •Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment; EMEA customer support is a plus.
