Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers across EMEA, partnering with Account Executives to drive pre-sales technical evaluation. Lead product demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts for CloudBees’ DevOps platform. Translate customer DevOps requirements into scalable solutions, support RFPs and security questionnaires, and share customer feedback to influence roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales to drive the technical evaluation and pre-sales process.
•Lead product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
•Understand customer DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure.
•Translate technical requirements into CloudBees solutions that meet business needs.
•Support RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture discussions, and share customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role.
•Strong understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
•Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or similar tools.
•Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment; EMEA customer support is a plus.
