Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain responsibility for one or more store sections, ensuring tidy presentation and strong housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
  • •Keep cash desk areas replenished and organized; organize and arrange stock efficiently to uphold stockroom standards.
  • •Acknowledge customers and deliver quality service face-to-face or by telephone to meet store sales targets.
  • •Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately across all payment methods, following opening and closing cash desk procedures.
  • •Cover Head Cashier and Deputy Cashier responsibilities when absent and support compliance and safety through audits and safe work practices.
