Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to modernization and optimization of core legacy systems using Microsoft technologies, including assessing current systems and planning migration approaches
  • •Plan and draft migration strategies and detailed migration plans for enterprise solutions
  • •Lead execution phases of projects, including PMO oversight and cross-functional coordination
  • •Provide regular reports and escalations to global delivery offices and leadership
  • •Manage project scope, finances, and resources while aligning with client expectations and governance

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in proposal work and end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements definition to deployment (design, development, implementation)
  • •Experience with modernization or migration of core legacy systems, including host systems
  • •Strong leadership and project/people management skills including managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • •Ability to guide customers and take proactive actions to drive project success
  • •Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and experience producing or reviewing formal documents and Office-based deliverables
