Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all elements of VCA projects, including scoping, planning, analysis, supplier engagement, internal engagement, and presentation of findings and sourcing strategy recommendations.
  • •Guide the development of Waitrose sourcing strategy in key own brand categories in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • •Coordinate tenders and negotiate/develop complex buying models and long-term agreements with major suppliers.
  • •Provide guidance and constructive feedback to the VCA team while facilitating strategic sourcing transformations.
  • •Collaborate with Trading to deliver VCA strategy and commercial outcomes across the VCA project portfolio.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 63,600 - 95,300 annually
