Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop foundational understanding of semiconductor process control and inspection data.
  • •Apply data analytics techniques to identify systematic patterns and variations in large manufacturing datasets.
  • •Study historical Statistical Process Control (SPC) data and inline defect datasets to understand process behavior.
  • •Investigate and characterize equipment hardware-related shading effects using inspection datasets, including data cleaning and feature extraction.
  • •Create data visualizations/analytical outputs and present findings through technical discussions with process engineering and analytics stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic understanding of data analysis and statistics.
  • •Familiarity with at least one of: Python, SQL, or Microsoft Excel.
