  • •Manage, mentor, and develop project managers and coordinators to drive accountability and high performance.
  • •Act as project management subject matter expert for best practices in planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
  • •Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and lead governance activities such as design reviews, gate reviews, executive reporting, and post-launch evaluations.
